Once again, from June 1 through August 31, the North Plains Public Library will offer a summer full of activities and programs for pre-readers, kids, teens, and adults. The Summer Reading Program theme for 2012 has a nocturnal focus on books and reading.

Join us on the First Friday each month at 6:00 p.m. at the Library to watch a new release movie. Admission is free. Children under 13 are welcome with a parent/guardian.

Bring your handicraft projects to the Library on the last Thursday of every month from 5:30-8 p.m. Meet new friends, learn new skills, and enjoy the camaraderie. Craft items are sold at community events throughout the year in order to raise funds for Library materials and programs.
