THANK YOU TO ALL OF OUR LOYAL SPONSORS
Oregon Canadian Forest Products
Since 1977, Oregon-Canadian Forest Products has been a leading producer of specialty softwood products from the forests of the Pacific Northwest. In 2002, owner and CEO, Wayne Holm, announced plans to build the current building that houses the North Plains Public Library. He then gifted the building to the Friends. Wayne has always been a loyal supporter to the Friends and to the Library. Thank you Wayne!
North Plains Public Library
The partnership between the Friends and the library remains strong! We thank the library for it’s support in our endeavors to sell used donated and withdrawn library books.
City of North Plains
The City of North Plains graciously provides the use of Jessie Mays Community Center for the Friends book sale during the annual Elephant Garlic Festival. The City also allows for the use of city owned property for our online book selling. Proceeds raised from the sale of used books directly benefit the North Plains Public Library.
North Plains RV and Self Storage
The Friends have been given a storage unit to store surplus Library and Friends items as well as books between book sale events. Friends members, city staff, and library staff are very grateful for this donation. We applaud the corporate support shown by owner Jeff Jensen and manager of operations, John Eisenbarth.
Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue
The Friends thank TVF&R for helping us move our surplus used books from storage to the Elephant Garlic Festival book sale. We couldn’t do this monumental task without your enthusiasm, hard work and strong backs.
Tennity’s Pizza and Subs
Local North Plains pizzeria, Tennity’s Pizza and Subs donates a couple of pizzas to our hungry volunteers during the week long set-up of the book sale at the Elephant Garlic Festival every year. Thank you Tennity’s!
Oregon Coffee Roasters
We are so thankful to our Oregon Coffee Roasters for providing us with delicious locally roasted coffee. In turn, we are able to brew and serve a delicious cup of coffee to our Elephant Garlic Festival book sale patrons and festival vendors.
